Following a glorious launch of Club Wotever south of the river during the Gay Camberwell Launch Month in November 08, in association with Gay Camberwell, the internationally acclaimed WoteverWorld brings its fabulous brand of queer cabaret, performance, music, film, dancing and fun to the Sun and Doves every Saturday.
"Our new weekly Saturday night promises an array of clever cabaret by some of the hottest and most clever performers on the cabaret circuit at the moment: spoken word, poetry, live music, stories, dance and queerlesque (our own updated version of burlesque). So far we have had opera, bellydancing and spoken word by the likes of; SnakeBoy, Yalini Dream, Jet Moon, Sjaak, Nathan Evans, Michael Twaits, Sophia Blackwell, Mr Meredith, Gill Manly and many more. On the decks we have a variety of DJs playing retro, indie, alternative hits which make all and everyone get up and shake that vavavoom until the wee hours. It's all about having a fun Saturday out with your friends... and do a bit of flirting!"
